With respect to our visitors, in order to offer quality services, we have some house rules, which we kindly ask to be followed.

Houses’ Rules

Minimum stay: four (4) nights
Maximum number of persons: depending from the apartment
The guest can cancel reservation without charge within 30 days before the arrival
The guest should prepay 20% of the total cost after complete the reservation
Arrival from 9:00 to 13:00 (check-in)
Departure from 10.00 to 12.00 (check-out)
The guest gets the door keys at the lodging
No possibility for extra beds in rooms
The host welcomes guests
This lodging does not accept credit cards
No smoking (allowed only in the private yard, not inside the apartments)
Parties are not allowed
Pets are not allowed
